In our hockey camps we teach multiple concepts over a series of high intensity days.

Elite Summer Camp-Run By NHLer Mike Wilson |
- Description: 3 hrs. of ice a day, 1 hr. of speed and strength training and 45 mins. of classroom.

- Description: 1 1/2 hours of ice and 20 minutes of classroom. Focus on movement, angles. rebound control, speed and hand eye coordination.

- Description: Striding, Edge Work, Backwards and Quick Feet
